[Website](http://www.buichi.com/) Buichi Terasawa, was a Japanese mangaka pioneer of computer graphic arts. He was the first to introduce computer graphics manga ("TAKERU") in Japan. Terasawa was diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor in 1998, and despite surgery and chemotherapy, he relapsed and after surgery was left paralysed on the left side of his body. Terasawa died on September 8, 2023, due to a myocardial infarction.
